We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Animator Motion 2D who finds as much beauty in a perfectly organized project file as they do in a smooth animation.

In this role, your primary mission is to act as the architect of our visual output. You won’t just be creating videos; you will be building the engines that allow our global campaigns to live across dozens of languages and formats with surgical precision.

You are the bridge between high-end design and massive-scale execution. While you will develop original creative assets,



your core focus is on the technical craft of localization, template architecture, and AI-driven automation using the Google ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Master Template Architecture: Design and "bulletproof" complex After Effects templates. You will ensure that layouts, typography, and timings adapt intelligently to varying text lengths and localized content via Expressions and Essential Graphics.
Precision Localization: Own the end-to-end technical rollout of general campaigns. You will ensure every regional variation is frame-perfect, managing the nuances of different languages and cultural formats with an obsessive eye for detail.
Workflow Automation: Champion the use of AI-assisted tools to eliminate manual tasks. You will connect data feeds (Sheets/CSV) to creative templates to trigger high-volume renders with minimal manual intervention.
Asset Scaling & QA: Maintain rigorous organizational standards across massive asset libraries.
