Responsibilities

addressing obstacles that arise on large-scale programs involving integrated Digital components
Manage the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs
Stay actively involved in the release management process to ensure teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
Choose and implement suitable delivery methodologies to support successful project results
Identify technology solutions that effectively meet client business requirements
Ensure accountability for yourself and your team against KPIs covering delivery success, business health, team development, and technical skill
Develop project and program governance frameworks suited to each client's specific environment
Continue growing your technical expertise while leading, coordinating, and influencing decisions on important technology topics
Act as the delivery and technology partner for clients, aligning their vision with available
