We're looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to provide essential support to project managers, general contractors, and office staff at a fast-moving construction and property services firm operating across Texas and Arizona. You will be the operational backbone of the office — managing documents, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, communicating with clients, and keeping projects organized and on track from an administrative standpoint.
This role has a hard language requirement. You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken. A significant portion of vendor, subcontractor, and client communication happens in Spanish and there is no workaround for this. If you are highly organized, bilingual, experienced in construction or property management administration, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, this role is a strong fit.

Prepare and manage construction-related documents including change orders, purchase orders, and service agreements
Maintain accurate project logs, records, and filing systems across active projects
Track project-related financial documentation and assist with invoicing and bookkeeping
