We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join as a foundational technical hire and a key engineering partner to the CTO. This is a high-ownership role where you will be responsible for building features end-to-end, making architectural decisions,
and helping shape the long-term technical direction of the product.
The idóneo candidate is a highly experienced fullstack engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python, who can independently drive projects from concept to production while maintaining a strong focus on scalability, code quality, and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end development lifecycle of new features, from designing solutions and building systems to deploying production-ready applications.
Partner with the CTO on technical strategy, architecture decisions, and long-term engineering planning.
Design and maintain scalable frontend applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Build and improve backend services using Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Celery.
Make architectural decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and establish development best pra
