About the Role
Use your clinical background to make a direct impact in the field of Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy.
We are hiring a Patient Navigator / Healthcare Advocate to act as the primary bridge between complex medical solutions and patient choices. In this high-impact position, you will work with 100% warm inbound leads (no cold calling) to educate patients, build trust, and convert clinical inquiries into confirmed treatment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Educate & Advise: Explain complex regenerative treatments in a simple, empathetic, and relatable way via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Guide & Convert: Support prospective patients through their decision-making process and convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments.
Bridge Clinical & Commercial:
Translate medical knowledge into clear patient value to help individuals make confident healthcare decisions.
Manage Pipeline: Track interactions and manage your pipeline efficiently in our CRM to hit conversion targets.
Who We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline (Mandatory).
Experience: 2–3+ years in patient coordination, clinical advisory, healthcare advocacy, or medical tourism.
Languages: Advanced / Fluent English (C1+).
Skillset: A unique blend of clinical empathy, clear communication, and commercial confidence.
