Technical Lead (Python) at BairesDev
As a Technical Lead (Python), you will drive backend engineering initiatives while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions. You will serve as the technical visionary for your team, aligning complex architectural decisions with overarching business goals.
What You'll Do
Lead the design and implementation of robust, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
Provide technical direction and oversight for the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery to production release.
Establish and enforce engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
Mentor and coach engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and roadmaps.
Identify system bottlenecks and architectural challenges, proposing long-term structural improvements and optimizations.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Backend Development, or Technical Leadership.
Proven expertise in Python programming and designing robust, scalable APIs.
Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
Strong track record of leading engineering initiatives and mentoring development teams.
