Principal Security Architect at BairesDev
As a Principal Security Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide security frameworks that protect complex, distributed environments. You will serve as a strategic authority, ensuring that security is a foundational element of the technology stack while aligning risk management with core business objectives.
What You'll Do
Architect and govern general security standards across cloud, application, and identity domains to ensure a resilient infrastructure.
Lead structured threat modeling and architectural reviews to proactively identify and mitigate systemic design flaws.
Define secure-by-design patterns and guardrails that enable engineering teams to deliver high-velocity solutions safely.
Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate complex security requirements into actionable strategic roadmaps.
Drive the evaluation and selection of emerging security technologies to future-proof the enterprise against evolving threats.
Provide high-level technical mentorship to security engineering chapters, fostering a culture of architectural excellence.
What We Are Looking For
8+ years of experience in Security Architecture or Cybersecurity Engineering.
Proven expertise in designing and governing enterprise security architectures across multiple domains.
Deep understanding of threat modeling, security architecture patter
