What will you do?
Responsable de ejecutar controles operativos y regulatorios sobre procesos bancarios, asegurando el cumplimiento de políticas internas, requisitos AML/KYC y estándares de riesgo. Investiga excepciones, implementa acciones correctivas, impulsa mejoras de procesos y contribuye al cumplimiento de KPIs, SLAs y controles de calidad, garantizando una gestión optimizado y segura de las operaciones.

What do you need?




High School diploma and a minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
Intermediate computer skills, including common software tools (Microsoft Office products)
Previous Customer Service (In person or telephone) experience (Recommended
Language Skills Fluent English language skills.
Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Have a B2 level of English and B1+ of French, because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
