UI Designer at BairesDev
As a UI Designer, you will craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will translate complex requirements into clean, functional designs, ensuring a seamless journey for users across various digital products.
What You'll Do
Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma to communicate design intent.
Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across projects.
Conduct user research and apply findings to iterate on designs and solve complex usability challenges.
Implement accessibility standards to ensure digital products are inclusive and usable for all individuals.
Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial discovery and ideation to final handoff and implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with technical constraints and business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in UI Design or a similar role.
Proven expertise in Figma and creating comprehensive design systems.
Strong proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.
Hands-on experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) within interface designs.
Ability to manage end-to-end design processes for both user experience and interface on small teams.
Advanced proficiency in English.
