DIRECTOR/A DE ASESORÍA JURÍDICA Y COMPLIANCE - COLOMBIA

Descripción

We are looking for a lawyer with a strong track record in corporate legal advisory and compliance to lead the Legal and Compliance function in Colombia and serve as the local point of contact for the Global Legal & Compliance Department.

Requisitos

Law degree and a valid license to practice law in Colombia.
A postgraduate degree or master’s degree in Corporate Law, Compliance, or a related field is preferred.
At least 10 years of legal experience, including relevant experience in regulatory compliance.
Knowledge and experience in SARLAFT, PTEE, and AML/CFT matters.
In-house experience, as well as experience leading or coordinating legal teams, will be highly valued.
Experience in corporate, commercial and/or regulatory matters.
Advanced written and spoken English.

Funciones

Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, contractual, regulatory, and litigation matters.
Lead the monitoring, updating,



and review of the Firm’s Compliance policies and procedures.
Review and negotiate commercial agreements, lease agreements, and supplier contracts.
Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of SARLAFT and oversee the PTEE.
Manage KYC processes, conflicts of interest, and compliance risks.
Design and deliver compliance and professional ethics training initiatives.
Serve as the key point of contact for partners, regulatory authorities, and the Integral Legal & Compliance Department.
