The Role
We're looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist who turns ad spend into real ROI. You'll plan, run, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, often several campaigns across multiple ad accounts at once, owning performance end to end: strategy, targeting, campaign structure, budgets, bidding, testing, and measurement.

You're equal parts strategist and analyst, as comfortable architecting a multi-account testing plan as you are living inside the numbers and turning them into the next optimization. You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to push performance further with every iteration.

What You'll Do
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), and LinkedIn Ads
Run multiple campaigns across multiple ad accounts simultaneously, with disciplined structure, naming, and prioritization to keep everything organized and on-pace
Build and refine audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting,



and full-funnel audience journeys
Own budget management and scaling: pacing, reallocating spend, scaling winners, and cutting losers across accounts
Analyze performance (ROAS, CPA/CPQL, CTR, CPC, conversions) and turn data into decisive action
Own conversion tracking and measurement, including GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Tag Manager, UTM taxonomy, and CRM/HubSpot attribution, and make sure every campaign is accurately measured
Design and run A/B and incrementality tests across audiences, placements, bidding, and creatives
Direct creative testing: set the test priorities and feedback loop, and collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to push ad performance with every iteration
Deliver clear performance reports with actionable insights and forecasts to marketing leadership
Stay sharp on platform updates, policy changes, and emerging best practices
Ensure campaigns comply with platform polic
