What's The Role
The Associate Manager - Strategy & Insights, CEO Office position for Liberty Caribbean is on-site in Bogota, Colombia that serves as an analytical thought partner to the CEO office and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) across the full breadth of the business agenda - whether commercial, financial, operational, or any other priority of the quarter/year. The role leads end-to-end analytical projects that inform major decisions, translates data and performance intelligence into clear and actionable insights, and ensures the leadership team has the strategic clarity it needs to drive growth, manage costs, and deliver on the company plan.
Sitting at the heart of a regional telecommunications business spanning multiple Caribbean markets, the Associate Manager works with direct access to the ELT and operates as a trusted extension of the CEO office. The work is varied, fast-moving, and consequential - making this an exceptional environment for analytical talent who want to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully from day one.
Language Requirement:



Spanish and English - Advanced to Fluent level (C1-C2) English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for this position. This is a non-negotiable requirement, as the role requires frequent communication with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams in English. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally to conduct meetings, deliver presentations, write professional business communications, and interact with Senior stakeholder in English.
