Salary: $3.5M COP
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the order fulfillment process, coordinating the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining high service standards. This role serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation providers, and Customers to ensure operational excellence throughout the order lifecycle.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused, with experience in logistics, international trade, and order management. They are comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, simplify workflows,
and support data-driven decision-making while identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Order Management & Customer Operations
Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
Process and manage customer orders through NetSuite based on inventory availability.
Monitor order status, backorders, and customer service levels.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping and delivery requirements.
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate domestic transportation (LTL, FTL, and Full Container Loads).
Plan container unloading schedules and warehouse receiving activities.
Monitor logistics providers to ensure service quality and contractual compliance.
Support inventory planning and shipment coordination.
Continuous Improvement
Analyze backorders, delivery issues, and customer claims to identify root causes.
Implement corrective actions and identify opportuni
