We are seeking a Regional Strategy Director with 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or marketing agencies. This role will be responsible for leading strategic planning initiatives across multiple markets, developing communication and media strategies driven by audience intelligence, consumer insights, market trends, and digital media expertise. The idóneo candidate will manage regional client relationships, align cross-market strategies,



and help clients achieve business growth through data-driven media planning and innovation.

Responsabilidades

Lead the extraction of consumer, audience, and market insights to develop regional communication, media, digital, content, shopper marketing, and social media strategies.
Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across multiple countries and markets, ensuring alignment with regional and local business objectives.
Manage regional client accounts, acting as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders and ensuring consistency across markets.
Design and develop connection plans, customer decision journeys, and strategic frameworks based on consumer behaviors and media consumption patterns.
Transform research findings, market intelligence, audience analysis, and campaign performance data into actionable insights.
