and bilingual Case Manager Assistant to support Personal Injury Case Managers throughout the pre-litigation process.
The idóneo candidate is capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, communicating confidently with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Success in this position requires independence, sound judgment, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping clients navigate difficult moments.
? What You'll Do
? Client Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by providing timely case updates, answering general inquiries, and fostering a professional, empathetic client experience.
Conduct Intro Calls, Drop Calls, and Expect Calls in Spanish while maintaining clear and accurate communication throughout the pre-litigation process.
