Data Quality Specialist at BairesDev
As a Data Quality Specialist, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability for our data assets. You will play a vital role in overseeing data annotation processes, ensuring that the information powering our AI/ML models is precise and consistently formatted according to rigorous guidelines.
What You'll Do
Execute comprehensive quality assurance procedures for data annotation and labeling tasks.
Audit datasets to ensure strict adherence to complex project-specific guidelines and requirements.
Identify and document data inconsistencies, providing actionable feedback to annotation teams.
Support the data lifecycle by maintaining integrity within AI/ML training data pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine annotation standards and improve overall data operations.
Monitor data quality metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in data operations or quality assurance roles.
Proven expertise in implementing data quality assurance processes for AI/ML training data pipelines.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow complex annotation guidelines.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within data-driven environments.
Advanced proficiency in English.
