Senior Java & Cloud Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Java & Cloud Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable cloud services across major public cloud platforms. You will serve as a key driver of architectural decisions, ensuring that backend services are robust, highly available, and aligned with modern distributed systems practices.
What You'll Do
Architect and develop high-performance cloud services and distributed backend systems.
Design and deploy containerized applications to maintain resilient cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering team members to foster technical growth.
Drive key architectural decisions and technical alignment across engineering squads.
Optimize systems for high availability, performance, and cost-effective cloud resource usage.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in Java Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in Java and designing complex cloud services.
Strong hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and containerization using Docker.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical execution.
Advanced proficiency in English.
