Role Summary

The Transfer Technology Engineer drives the execution of technology transfer protocols, process validation, and formula modifications to ensure seamless product implementations in the manufacturing plant and at contract manufacturing sites. This role plays a pivotal part in scaling innovations, upholding strict quality standards,



and safeguarding product integrity across the supply chain. By bridging the gap between product development and full-scale production, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful process improvements and bring market-ready formulas to life. The primary objective of this role is to successfully validate and implement product transfers on schedule while ensuring total compliance with corporate quality standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

Lead Technology Transfer & Validation Protocols: Direct the formal technology transfer process and execute corporate Process Validation (PV) protocols for new formulas, raw material changes, and contract manufacturer operations, delivering complete documentation including EMO Reports, Start-Up Reports, e-TT Checklists, MOCs, and Batch Cards.
Manage Plant Operations & Documentation: Author and update critical manufacturing documentation—including Standard Operating Procedures
