Position summary: As a Subchapter Lead in the Global Digital Hub, you ensure delivery on long-term outcomes and strategy, embed and role model the new agile operating model, and inspire subchapter members to collaborate globally towards Roche’s Ten-Year Ambitions while shaping the Hub’s future by building cutting-edge digital capabilities (e.g., Social Media, Website Management, Creative Design, Digital Campaigns, Marketing Automation & Digital Operations), supporting colleagues’ development, driving innovation and value creation,
and leading a diverse global team.
The Opportunity:
Coordinate the operation of the subchapter and the Digital Campaign Chapter within the Global Digital Hub: onboard and develop team members through coaching and support, ensure they have the proficiency to execute work packages and deliver objectives, continuously improve ways of working, and professionally represent the subchapter with key stakeholders
Drive and role model agile collaboration and the embedding of the new operating model, support and lead cross-functional initiatives with a integral perspective, and contribute recommendations to improve service and responsiveness to business partners
Oversee resource management by monitoring resource utilization and customer satisfaction within the subchapter, quickly and effectively engaging resources via formal and informal networks, and working closely with Digital Hub Chapter Leads
