Senior SRE at BairesDev

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead the efforts to ensure the highest levels of availability and performance for our production systems. You will serve as a key link between software development and systems operations, engineering scalable solutions that balance the speed of innovation with the stability of the environment.

What You'll Do

Architect and maintain highly available Kubernetes-based infrastructure across diverse environments.




Define and manage critical reliability metrics, including SLOs and SLIs, to drive data-driven operational decisions.
Lead the response to production incidents and conduct thorough post-mortems to prevent recurrence and improve system resilience.
Design and implement comprehensive observability frameworks to provide deep visibility into system health and performance.
Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning to reduce toil and ensure consistent, reproducible environments.
Foster a culture of reliability by collaborating with engineering teams on architectural reviews and production readiness standards.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in managing and scaling production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration and scripting using Python or Go.
