Leader in high-end residential millwork, producing architectural cabinetry, paneling, trim, and doors for some of the most exceptional homes in our region. We partner with top architects and builders to bring complex architectural visions to life through heirloom-quality installations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to lead complex millwork projects with precision, accountability, and leadership.

Position Overview

The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading high-end residential millwork projects from design through installation. Acting as the CEO of each project, this individual is responsible for driving scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, and client communication to ensure successful outcomes. and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires a hands-on, business-owner mindset with a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Lead projects from submittals through final installation, acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Manage detailed submittal and installation schedules, ensuring project milestones are met and coordinated across teams.
Participate in weekly millwork design reviews with customers, using Bluebeam to redline drawings, follow up on revisions, and coordinate updates with the Design Engineering team.
Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Design, Estimating, Install, and Production teams to streamline communication and improve project workflow.
Maintain accuracy and data integrity in weekly standups, providing actionable updates and ensuring all deliverables are clearly commun
