Position: Executive & Commercial Operations Analyst

Location: Colombia, 100% remote

Reports to: VP Commercial & Operations

Contract Type: Permanent, Direct with the company

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am – 4:30pm, Friday 7am – 4pm (Schedule adapted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA)

Salary: $3.5M COP

Important: This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. The position is primarily focused on sales data analysis, KPI tracking, and commercial reporting. Mandatory experience in sales analytics and reporting is required. Candidates with backgrounds primarily in Customer Service, Call Centers, or Sales Agent roles will not be considered.

Job Summary:

The Vice President Executive & Commercial Operations Analyst is a strategic business partner responsible for providing high-level executive support while driving commercial efficiency through sales reporting, data analysis, customer management, and operational coordination. This role combines executive assistance with business analysis,



ensuring the Vice President has accurate information for decision-making, well-organized priorities, and seamless coordination with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

The idóneo candidate is highly analytical, proactive, organized, and capable of managing confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Manage the Vice President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily priorities.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas (when required), and detailed travel itineraries.
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up action plans.
Screen communications and prioritize requests requiring executive attention.
Coordinate meetings with customers, distributors, executives, and strategic partners.
Maintain confidential documentation and executive records.
