Key Responsibilities:
Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervision
Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards
Act as a recognized SME within the team
Provide technical support for complex issues and client requirements
Analyse and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approach
Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
Build relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographies
Manage expectations and provide solutions to challenges
Provide informal guidance to junior team members
Support knowledge sharing and capability development
Key Requirements:
5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.
Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T; or GEM (asset)
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation.
Practitioner-level PM certification (PRINCE2/Agile
