We are seeking a Sales Support / Commercial Operations Assistant to strengthen operational execution across order management, logistics coordination, and financial follow-up in Argentina. This role is critical to ensuring smooth order-to-delivery processes, improving visibility across operations, and minimizing inefficiencies.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including HQ, distributors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring alignment between production, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments

Monitor product availability and backorders,



proactively identifying risks related to stock shortages or delays and supporting prioritization of critical items.

Track international shipments end-to-end, ensuring visibility across key milestones and providing accurate updates to distributors and internal teams.

Support financial follow-up by monitoring payment status, outstanding balances, and credit exposure, helping mitigate financial risks.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial and import documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.

Organize and validate all logistics and transaction-related documentation, ensuring proper traceability across the order lifecycle.

Act as a key liaison between headquarters, distributors, logistics providers, and finance teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

Generate operational reports, monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
