About Minotaur
Minotaur is a pre-launch B2B SaaS platform built for HR and Sales teams, combining two flagship products: Minotaur Recruit (ATS) first of its kind collaborative database, and Minotaur Sales (CRM) a one-of-a-kind all-in-one sales hub. We compete with Manatal, Bullhorn, ZoomInfo, and Lead411, with a permanent freemium model that eliminates the barrier to entry.
We are launching our private beta in September 2026 and are hiring our first Sales team ahead of that milestone.

The Role
This is a full-cycle Sales role. You will own the entire process from prospecting to closing; supported by Aria, our AI sales chatbot, automated cold email workflows, paid ads, and landing pages designed to drive free account creation.
You will be part of the founding business development team, which means you will have real influence over how the sales motion is built. We are looking for someone who is self-directed, comfortable with a modern tech stack, and motivated by performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities




Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Drive new paid users through a consultative approach while upselling and cross-selling free accounts.
Conduct product demos for both Minotaur Recruit and Minotaur Sales; building cross-sell opportunities in every conversation.
Qualify prospects using Aria (AI chatbot). Follow up and manage the full sales cycle through to close.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in our CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align outreach with active campaigns, ads, and content.
Consistently meet monthly KPIs and Quota.

Requirements
1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology products.
Fluent English and Spanish. (Portuguese is a plus)
Comfortable running full-cycle sales: prospecting, qualification, demo, and close.
