Role Description The Trilingual Services Desk Analyst (Spanish, English, Portuguese) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogota, D.C. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical and customer support to internal and external users,



handling inquiries and incidents via phone, email, and ticketing systems. The analyst will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex cases to specialized teams, and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service-level agreements. Daily tasks include documenting cases, updating knowledge base articles, and following standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service quality. The role also involves proactive communication with users, monitoring recurring issues, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to improve support processes.
Qualifications
