A DAY IN THE LIFE

Responsibilities may include the following:

* Project Planning: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines,
and deliverables in collaboration with IT leadership
* Coordination: Organize and track project activities, ensuring alignment
between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including schedules,
meeting notes, risk logs, and status reports
* Communication: Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring
transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
* Financial Reporting:



Consolidate input from finance on actual project spend,
update of financial forecast, and reporting of project budget status.
* Risk Management: Support identification and mitigation of project risks in
collaboration with compliance and risk teams
* Support Delivery: Ensure project milestones are met by coordinating resources
and monitoring task completion

Required Knowledge:

* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or
related field

* 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT
environments

* Strong understanding of IT systems, compliance frameworks, and risk
management processes

* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence,
Trello)

* Stakeholder management experience

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing
priorities

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem‑solvi
