Epic Inpatient Orders & ASAP Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Inpatient Orders & ASAP Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP modules. The candidate will collaborate with emergency department clinicians, physicians, nurses, pharmacy, and technical teams to streamline inpatient order management and emergency care workflows while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP applications.
Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements from emergency department, inpatient, and clinical stakeholders.
Design, build, test, validate, and deploy application enhancements and system changes.
Configure and support inpatient order entry, computerized provider order entry (CPOE), emergency department workflows,



order sets, clinical documentation, and care coordination.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and enhancement projects.
Perform unit testing, integrated testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain build documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, and user documentation.
Collaborate with other Epic application analysts to ensure seamless integration with EpicCare Inpatient, Willow, Radiant, Beaker, Ambulatory, and other Epic modules.
Ensure all configurations comply with Epic best practices, healthcare regulations, and organizational standards.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Inpatient Orders and Epic ASAP.
Epic Inpatient Orders and/or Epic ASAP Certification is mandatory.
