What You'll Do
Provide entry-level technical support for diagnosing, reproducing, and fixing software and hardware issues. Resolve customer problems via telephone, web, or AutoSupport, and research customer issues in a timely manner. Escalate complex cases to senior engineers and create new knowledgebase articles to capture new learning.
What We're Looking For
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or higher). Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Basic understanding of storage protocols, networking, hardware, and operating systems.
