Job Description: Junior Project Manager
Position Objective
Provide project management support and administrative coordination for construction. Manage project execution from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery within schedule and budget parameters while maintaining quality standards, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting documentation and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Assume responsibility for initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing,
monitoring, and closing projects from concept through completion.
Maintain strict control of project scope, costs, and schedule timelines, implementing corrective actions proactively to minimize deviations and impacts.
Coordinate all project activities between clients, IT teams, consultants, architects, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress against established schedules and budgets, providing meeting minutes, regular status updates and identifying potential delays or cost overruns.
Take direct action and support to address risks, technical difficulties, or obstacles that could impact project delivery or quality.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Participate in weekly client meetings, presenting project status, addressing concerns, and aligning on priorities and deliverables.
