We are now investing in a new engineering hub in Medellín, Colombia, and are looking for a Director of Engineering to build and lead this team.
This critical role will manage and optimize the full HR technology stack, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic goals and operational needs. This expert will oversee system configuration, integrations, and data management, while partnering with HR, IT,
and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that support our employees and drive business success.
As the primary owner of Workday and other HR systems, this role will ensure the effective delivery of HR services, reporting, and compliance.
What You’ll Do
HR Tech Stack Ownership:
Own the Workday roadmap as the subject matter expert and manage HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless operation and optimization.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of all HR systems, including integrations with other business platforms.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR tools and technologies to support business objectives and improve user experience.
System Strategy and Optimization:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR systems and tools, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
