Overview

Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager involves managing various functions of Operational Excellence, the Senior Program Manager will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, manage relationships and stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop,



plan, and oversee the implementation and delivery of operational projects for revenue systems and solutions with assigned teams independently.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of program work by reporting progress, ensuring dependencies are covered. overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to successful delivery.
• Execute and perform intake analysis and tasks across cross functional teams, aligning the focus and priorities to ensure alignment with the Revenue Operational & Enablement’s published Best Practices and SOPs.
• Facilitate effective retrospectives with your team(s) to identify actionable improvements, while ensuring that challenges beyond the team's control are clearly communicated to leadership.
• Clearly report the scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigation strategies for operational initiativ
