We are hiring a Junior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands. This role is responsible for developing high-performing advertising strategies across Meta and Google platforms while driving measurable growth and maximizing return on ad spend.
The idóneo candidate is analytical, proactive, and results-driven, with strong experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management:
Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max).
Manage end-to-end campaign performance to achieve client growth objectives.
Monitor daily budgets and campaign pacing for accounts with monthly ad spend exceeding $50,000.
Continuously optimize campaigns using performance data and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, scalability, and return on investment.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
Monitor key eCommerce metrics and marketing funnels to drive continuous improvement.
Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and client results.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic recommendations on paid media performance and overall business growth.
Participate in client meetings approximately 1–2 times per month.
Communicate campaign performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations clearly and professionally.
