We are seeking an experienced Virtual Dental Front Office Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong U.S. dental front office experience who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, coordinating patient care, and supporting a fast-paced, multi-provider practice.
The adecuado candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with dental scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recall lists and proactively schedule patients for preventive and follow-up appointments.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.




Answer inbound calls and assist with AI receptionist overflow.
Coordinate patient care and provide exceptional customer service.
Perform dental insurance verification and eligibility checks as needed.
Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment plans after exams.
Contact and reschedule no-show or missed appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records within the practice management system.
Support additional front office administrative tasks as assigned.
Collaborate with multiple providers to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow.
Required
3–4 years of recent experience working in the front office of a U.S. dental practice.
Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience with:
Patient scheduling
Recall management
Dental insurance verification
Treatment follow-up
No-show management
General patient coordination
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
