Overview
We're looking for a Senior Programmatic Analyst to join our growing team
In this role, you'll lead the execution and optimization of programmatic campaigns for global clients while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding business results. You'll also play an important role in mentoring teammates, sharing best practices, and driving operational excellence.
If you're passionate about data-driven marketing, enjoy solving complex challenges, and have strong experience with DSP platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Plan,



launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across leading DSP platforms.
Develop data-driven optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Manage campaign execution, QA processes, assets, and launch requirements.
Collaborate with publishers and internal teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
Mentor team members and contribute to programmatic best practices.
Support training initiatives and continuously expand your technical expertise.
Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay up to date with new technologies, industry trends, and platform certifications.

What We´re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
B2+ English level (required).
