Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Generalist to join our team in Bogotá. This role serves as a key liaison between HR and business units, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. The person will play a critical role in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational objectives.
Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.




Ensure compliance with Colombian labor laws and internal policies.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Facilitate organizational change and culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
