The HR Payroll Analyst is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time by carrying out the required payroll processes and procedures, and for performing activities in strict compliance with SLB procedures, employment rules, manuals, policies and country legislation.
What Will You Do:
The P≻ Process Performance Leads / Analysts work with the process performance owner towards the implementation of prioritized improvement initiatives, their deployment and adoption. They are responsible to maintain practical knowledge on how the services are operated in GBS, ensuring an effective feedback look on the identification and prioritization of improvements.
Assist with opportunity identification, initiatives roadmap & documentation of the initiatives.
Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
