Job Description:

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE :

The role of Account Lead Gastroenterology generates demand and positioning of specialty products in their territory, considering the unmet needs of each HCPs (Health Care Professionals), and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Franchise.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Implement the brand strategy with key stakeholders (gastroenterologists, surgeons, and pediatric gastroenterologists).
Perform segmentation and targeting of KOLs and key institutions.
Implement digital tactics with a full understanding of the omnichannel strategy.
Design and implement account plans seeking to potentiate the area in charge.
Continuously train on clinical studies and new advancements.




Achieve sales goals for GI brands.
Collaborate with the access team and KAMs to ensure compliance with the purchasing path.
Coordinate educational activities aimed at multidisciplinary teams (nurses, pharmaceutical chemists, etc.).
Lead marketing strategies and tactics related to disease awareness and portfolio products with the appropriate material.
Apply sales techniques offered by the company, report and follow-up of visits in CRM.
Achieve the performance objectives established by the KPIs of the Franchise, guaranteeing the coverage of HCPs and the appropriate frequency according to the segmentation.
Create awareness and loyalty, identifying new patients through visits to HCPs and promotional messages.
