Why this role exists
Our website is the front door to our growth engine — and right now it's the bottleneck. Paid and SEO campaigns are ready to launch, but pages aren't shipping fast enough. We need someone who can design, build, and ship pages quickly and cleanly so marketing can launch, test, and grow.

What you'll do
Design and build pages in WordPress — landing pages, thank-you pages, registration pages, and solution pages. You take a brief and brand guidelines, create an original design, and turn it into a live, on-brand page. Not pixel-matching someone else's mockup. Your own design, your own layout,



your own UX decisions.
Protect our SEO foundation — implement technical and on-page SEO fixes without breaking what's working. Rankings, redirects, metadata, and site speed stay intact every time you publish.
Keep conversion tracking working — GA4, GTM, HubSpot. Every paid and SEO visit needs to be measured. If tracking breaks, we can't tell if the site is converting.
Build pages that convert, not just pages that look good — run A/B tests, improve layouts, forms, and CTAs based on data, working closely with the marketing team.
Maintain the site — navigation, CTAs, page performance, and overall health.
