Mission & Purpose:
The Head of Product is responsible for defining, communicating, and executing the product vision of TLA Financial Services / an integrated ecosystem. This role translates the company’s business strategy — transforming TLA into a platform powered by AI — into a concrete, differentiated, and scalable product portfolio.
The role bridges the needs of TLA’s key client segments (high-net-worth individuals, premium real estate developers, brokers, notaries, and regulated intermediaries) with internal technology, compliance, and operations capabilities — generating sustainable competitive advantages across LATAM.
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy, P&L;, & Vision
Develop and maintain the long-term product vision aligned with the TLA positioning as a trust infrastructure platform.
Develop and execute the product vision with AI embedded.
Build and prioritize the multi-market product roadmap (18–36 months), integrating market signals, regulatory constraints, and technology capacity.
Define the differentiated value proposition for each segment: HNW clients,



premium developers, brokers/notaries, and regulated intermediaries.
Identify product expansion opportunities: insurance, crypto escrow, RWA tokenization, Data, stablecoins, and embedded finance, among others.
Define and co-build the business model behind the products.
Define product lifecycle, considering distribution channels, cohorts, CAC, LTCV, costs, and unit economics of each solution. (Growth model, retention drives acquisition — flywheels)
Experience Design & UX
Manage the Client Portal and broker-facing platform on your own following the SoftPro migration.
Define experience flows for party information, KYC/AML, purchase agreement uploads, and closing milestones — ensuring compliance by design.
Translate regulatory requirements (SUGEF, Texas Capital Bank, AML/OFAC, others) into product features that do not compromise the premium client experience.
