At GoGlobal, the Global Product Owner (GPO), Accounting & Tax owns the A&T; product end to end — its global scope, standards, commercial logic, processes, and economics — and leads the function as a Managing Director–level member of the Delivery leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, you are accountable for the growth, profitability, and reputation of A&T; worldwide.
This is a leadership role whose primary objective is business growth through flawless delivery. You are the senior product and delivery voice for A&T; in the market — client-facing, trusted by prospects and key accounts, and the partner of choice for Revenue and Sales in winning and expanding business. As the ultimate subject-matter expert for A&T;, you stay close to market trends and customer demands and translate them into how the service is designed, packaged, priced, and delivered.
You lead the A&T; function globally through the Global Process Manager (GPM), the Regional Product Owners (RPOs), and the Outsourcing Control (OC) leads.



You build the delivery organisation to meet both market opportunity and client expectation, set and defend integral standards as the foundation for scalable and sustainable delivery, and act as an inspiring leader for the teams who deliver A&T; every day.
Roles & Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Growth
• Own the growth agenda for A&T; — revenue, win rate, retention, and expansion — as the primary measure of the role’s success.
• Act as the senior, client-facing product authority for A&T;: anchoring strategic client engagements, pitches, high-stakes decisions, and escalations.
• Partner with Revenue and Sales as the expert in the room — qualifying opportunities, shaping scope and pricing, and helping convert and expand accounts.
• Define and evolve the commercial logic — packaging, bundling, premiums, and guardrails — so A&T; can be sold and delivered profitably at scale.
• Own the reputation of the A&T; product in the market.
