Summary
This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a US freight brokerage as one of its founding team members. You'll bring your logistics know-how (FTL/LTL) and help drive new business, working directly with US shippers and carriers to grow the book of business from scratch. If you've got solid English, real freight experience, and a hunger to build something, this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business relationships with US shippers and carriers
Cold calling/email - Specially on the early stages of the role
Manage FTL/LTL freight movements end-to-end: quoting, booking, tracking, and problem-solving
Build and maintain relationships with carrier and customer contacts
Support the buildout of internal processes as an early team member of a growing brokerage
Negotiate rates and terms with carriers and customers
Track market rates and capacity trends across key lanes
Collaborate closely with leadership to shape team structure and workflows as the company scales
Tools
TMS / freight management software (training provided on company-specific systems)
Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, or similar)
Excel / Google Sheets

Full-time contractor role (independent contractor engagement)

Requirements
3+ years of experience in US logistics, specifically FTL/LTL freight
Solid, professional English (spoken and written) — you'll be communicating directly with US-based shippers and carriers daily
