PlanITROI is hiring a Sales Development and Executive Outreach Manager to work directly with our CEO/Founder and our Chief Strategy Officer. This person will help drive outbound sales activity, activate executive relationships, follow up on qualified leads, and make sure new business appointments are scheduled weekly.

The right person for the role is proactive, organized, persistent, professional, and comfortable communicating with U.S. executives, business owners, referral partners, and prospects. We are seeking independent thinkers with proven experience who require minimal direction; someone who takes an assignment, follows up and follows through, and reports back without needing to be managed step by step.

This role is not for someone looking for basic administrative work. It is for someone who understands business development, sales, relationship building, research, and CRM discipline.
