Overview

As a Senior Copy Editor, you are the guardian of quality, consistency, and accuracy across all content deliverables. You ensure that every piece of communication meets the highest standards of grammar, style, brand voice, and execution before publication. With exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of advertising and production workflows, you collaborate across creative, production,



and client teams to refine content, maintain consistency, and elevate the overall quality of work. You balance precision with efficiency, helping teams deliver flawless content in a fast-paced environment while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and editorial standards.

Responsibilities

Review and edit a wide range of deliverables, including advertising materials, presentations, direct mail, out-of-home assets, print ads, digital content, emails, and marketing collateral for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Verify content against approved copy, style guides, previous creative rounds, legal requirements, and brand standards to ensure alignment across all deliverables.
Ensure excellence in grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, tone of voice, and editorial consistency throughout all projects.
