Requirements:
Advanced Business English
Proven track record managing B2B campaigns with longer decision cycles and lead‑generation objectives.
Deep understanding of lead quality vs. volume, with experience optimizing toward MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact rather than surface‑level conversions.




Experience optimizing beyond CTR and CPC, focusing on conversion quality, funnel progression, and overall business impact.
Proficiency in testing strategies, refining audiences, and reallocating budgets based on performance insights.
Familiarity with integrating paid media strategies with sales and CRM data.
4+ years setting up and maintaining Google Ads, Meta and Programmatic campaigns.
5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Hands‑on experience running campaigns across multiple regions, with knowledge of localization, regional performance differences, time zones, currencies, and budget allocation.

Responsibilities:
Develop local/integral paid media strategies and launch high-performance digital campaigns (demand generation, nurturing) across advertising platforms (all things Paid Display, Paid Social and Programmatic)
Set up and maintain multiple PPC camp
