We're growing, and we're looking for an Account Manager who wants to own a book of business - not just execute tasks.
The Role
This is an end-to-end Google Ads Account Manager position. You'll own approximately 15-16 client accounts, manage campaigns, lead strategy calls, and be the primary point of contact for your clients. You are not a button-pusher. You are the person clients trust to tell them the truth, diagnose what's broken, and drive results.

What You'll Do
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Demand Gen, and YouTube
Own a portfolio of approximately 15-16 client accounts end-to-end
Lead bi-weekly client calls with clear strategy, data-backed insights, and direct recommendations
Analyze performance across the full funnel - traffic, leads, appointments, and revenue
Identify bottlenecks, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions proactively
Build and execute scalable lead generation strategies tailored to each client's market
Communicate proactively with clients and the internal team - no one should have to chase you
Take full ownership of account performance and long-term client growth
What We're Looking For
2-6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing lead generation campaigns
Experience in Client Success is a big plus.
Comfortable managing significant ad spend - you've been responsible for real budgets with real stakes
Fluent in American English - you can lead a client call confidently and hold a difficult conversation without f
