Position Title: Project Coordinator

What you will be doing:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of in-store marketing initiatives across CITY Furniture’s showrooms. This role combines marketing administration, project coordination,



internal communications, and quality control.
You will coordinate requests for promotional signage, brand messaging, product-feature materials, customer handouts, and other showroom collateral. Requests may come from Sales, Merchandising, leadership, or the established promotional calendar.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Creative team, Sales, Visual team, and external printing partner, you will help move each request from initial documentation through creative production, review, printing, distribution, and showroom execution.
This is not a graphic design role. The coordinator will submit and manage creative requests through Jira and carefully review completed materials to confirm that promotional offers, disclaimers, messaging, and other details are accurate before they are printed and distributed.
