This is not a traditional marketing analyst role—we're seeking a strategic advisor who can leverage data, HubSpot, and Artificial Intelligence to improve marketing performance, optimize operations, and generate measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills,



and a continuous improvement mindset while serving as the organization's trusted expert in marketing analytics, CRM optimization, and AI-powered marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do
? Marketing Analytics & Business Intelligence
Analyze marketing performance across acquisition channels.
Build executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics.
Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, attribution models, and campaign ROI.
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.

⚙️ HubSpot CRM Administration & Optimization
Serve as the organization's HubSpot subject matter expert.
Configure, optimize, and maintain HubSpot CRM.
Design dashboards, reports, workflows, and marketing automations.
Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and custom properties.
Ensure CRM data integrity and governance.
Improve campaign attribution and reporting accura
