Overview
In Bogotá - Colombia we are looking for a Lead Production Artist who is print-led, digital-savvy production leader responsible for leading complexcampaigns and overseeing high-quality production across print and digital channels. This role manages thecreation of final mechanicals and production-ready assets for Direct Mail, Print Ads, Point of Sale (POS),Out of Home (OOH), large-format,



and Static Digital deliverables while leading a team of ProductionArtists.The idóneo candidate combines deep production expertise with strong people leadership, using professionalconcepts and company objectives to resolve complex production challenges in creative and effective ways.This role partners closely with the Studio Director (US-based), cross-functional stakeholders, and externalpartners to ensure quality, consistency, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
