Responsibilities
About the Role
As a Junior Enterprise Application Administrator, you will act as Level 2 support within our Platform Engineering organization—bridging the gap between the Service Desk (Level 1), internal users, and senior Platform Engineers (Level 3).
This role is designed as a growth opportunity. You are not expected to check every technical box on day one. We are prioritizing problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and a strong learning mindset over years of experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Serve as Level 2 support for enterprise applications, primarily Jira and Confluence
Triage, investigate, and troubleshoot issues escalated from the Service Desk
Clearly communicate issues, progress, and resolutions to users and technical teams
Escalate more complex problems to Platform Engineers w
